After providing safe living environments for the rental and housing industry for many years Management Alert Group Ltd. has decided to add a new division called MAG Community Housing. This new division will be focused on building low to moderate income single-family housing and apartments.
MAG Community Housing will be affiliated with DL Moore Construction Co. who has more than 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience. At one time DL Moore Construction was one of the largest USDA 502 program builders in western Washington.
Through our industry contacts MAG Community Housing will also be able to offer outstanding loan programs for qualified individuals.
