MAG Real Estate Management is a wholly owned division of Management Alert Group, Ltd. 

Management Alert Group, Ltd. was the recipient of the San Diego Housing Commission's Shelter Award for Contributions To Rental Housing.

This new division will provide greater flexibility in the daily operations of Management Alert Group, Ltd. and will provide opportunities for employment, job training, and community out-reach by continuing to take on hard to manage properties and creating safe, clean living environments for families. 

MAG Real Estate Management will concentrate on multi-familyhousing; commercial properties; work-out situations for lenders and trustees and properties which have drug and crime related issues; code violations; are in need of completion where a lender has had to foreclose; or in need of rehabilitation or remodeling.

Our Broker has completed the CCIM course on Managing Troubled Assets and has substantial experience in turn-around situations.

MAG Community Housing

MAG Community Housing is a wholly owned division of Management Alert Group, Ltd. and was formed for the purpose of building low to moderate income single family housing for individuals who want to own their own home.

We will also build or rehabilitate low to moderate income multi-family rental housing for individuals not quite ready to buy their own home.  Our goal is to get them ready for home ownership through HUD sponsored educational programs and assist them if possible with financing. 

We are not a lender or mortgage company but can assist in the application process.  There are several excellent low to moderate income programs available today.

There is also information available on grants and loans for low to moderate income families who need to have repair or remodeling work done on their homes
