MAG Community Housing has excellent remodel and rehab programs available for urban and rural properties, both residential and commercial.
Our affiliate contractor has over 30 years experience in building, remodeling and rehabilitation of both residential and commercial properties, single family homes, apartments, storage facilities and major commercial centers.
In some cases there are grant funds available to qualifying individuals and organizations. Grant funds do not have to be paid back.
We are not a direct lender but can facilitate the financing or grant funding which is available. The Direct Lending program has an interest rate of 1% to 4% (+/-) depending on the circumstances of the borrower. The Guarantee Loan Program is available through certain lenders and 80% of the loan is guaranteed by the government.
